Hi,

I have question regarding immigration. My fiance , she is on V2 visa. her father will be citizan in few months so, her green card process will be done based on her father's file.

My situation, how do  I get work permit or green card through my fiance ? I am here in US as F1 visa, student visa.

should I marry her before she gets her green card?
or should I marry after she gets her green card so, she can file for me.

Thank you,
Mike
