Any suggestions on training techniques that will discourage territorial herding (I know-I know-this is instinctive). I have a wonderful "rescue BC" as a pet. She is about 1 year-I have had her for about 4 months, and she is possessive of me. It is not a big problem -but it isn't great for our social life. I am very committed to working with her-gentle training techniques though.
