How do you replace an idler pulley on dodge grand caravan? 99, v-6, 3.3 liter

On the '91 3.3, the idler is bolted from the back. You can't reach it from the top; you must raise the car and reach it from underneath. The dealer parts guy told me that these springs fatigue, becoming solid at adjusted position. I had to slip the belt on and off a couple of times to change water pumps before finding out about the backside location of the attachment bolt.

I don't have the answer for this but I need to replace the idler pulley on my dodge stratus R/T sedan. Any ideas where I can get some instructions on this? Or does anyone know how to do it. The dealership wants 300 buck to replace it.
