How do you train a Chesapeake Bay Retriever to like other dogs? My is the sweetest dog, bit has a serious problem wit ohter dogs. What should I do?

i know, my dog is the sweetest to people but mean around other dogs. you should get a shocker collar and put it on your dog. then you get a muzzle and then take your dog to be around other dogs.
