I would like to now if anyone has information on a neurological condition (disc pressing on the dog's spine) that affects his walking. Also, helpful information about anti-inflammatory medicatons for arthitis,

You might want to have its pituatary gland checked or its growth hormones. Abnormal growth can lead to abnormal sizes in each of the spinal column segments causing some to pinch the vertabrae causing a neurological condition where your dog may not be able to walk or its legs and paws are limp.
The arthritis could be caused by the same growth disorder. The joints and sockets may not be growing like it should causing abnormla fits and therefor arthritis. Ask your vet for a medication..
