If the visa is denied under the section 212(A)(6)(C), is there a way to reapply for the visa so that the person can prove that his visa was denied for wrong reasons  and he had not misrepresented any material facts related to his visa?

Hi, Nice to know you here.
I had the same problem, but I am still a student in USA university. I had got all the I-20 documents already. Can I still apply student visa as a Canadian?

Thank you very much!

Richard
