Concerning the caption of a figure in documentclass article:

I would like to have "Fig. 1." instead of "Fig. 1:", is it possible?

Furthermore: In Sectionheadings I also prefer a dot after the Sectionnumber. How to do this?

And how can I change the style of the abstract environment?
