What is white chocolate if it's not actually chocolate?

Whit chocolate is not a chocolate. there is noreal coco butter in it. I've reasearched this for a while.not a chocolate!!!!!!

It doesn't necessarily lack cocoa butter (the "real" stuff has cocoa butter in it), but it does not have cocoa liquor.

White chocolate isn't Chocolate because it doesn't contain cocoa liquor in it, but it always contains cocoa butter.
