Hi there,
I used to be a student with J1 visa.I have already served 22 months of my two year HRR,right now I'm in the US (on B2 status) and planning to change my status to H1b.I need to know if I will have problems with changing my status since I haven't served the whole period.That is I have two months left.
Please advise.
