My father's family belong to a First Nations clan in the Maritimes.  My father is deceased, but my family members remain and have welcomed me. I have wanted very much to immigrate to
Canada - I was born in the U.S.. I'm in the process of applying for my tribal membership.  As a First Nations person, am I granted the right to live amongst my brethren in Canada?
Our tribal boundaries are not the same as those established by later governments.
