try taking her out for a good long walk as soon as she is through eating, and
if she doesnt go then, keep her on a leash in the house and at your side
you can see when she is getting ready to sqaut and tell her no, pick her up
and take her back outside...praise her wonderfully when she does go outside and
give her a favorite toy when you get back in letting her know you are very proud
of her.

When your chihuahua goes pee in the house simply take its nose and rub it in the spot it peed. This may sound cruel but it will break them in a few times

Stormy's idea is a very good one. I'd go with that. If that doesn't work, though, you should try puppy pads if you haven't already.

Oh yes, I'd also wait maybe ten minutes after eating before taking her outside.

i have a three month old chihuahua puppy as well and he is doing so..well.  what i do is i feed him in the morning and i wait about a half hour and take him outside and he will go poo.  about ten-fifteen minutes after he drinks water he'll pee.  then he gets a very little bit of water through the day and i feed him when i get home, half hour later he poos.  the best advise i can offer is to keep him on a schedule and figure out how long it takes for him to digest his food or water.  and when he starts to squat on the floor yell no or break his consentration and take him outside or where you want him to go.  after my puppy eats i watch him like a hawke to be sure he doesnt slip up.  good luck

I think that maybe you should try getting her some of those potty training items for your dog and as soon as it eats give it those pads that will tell it to go.

Take her out many times during the day. When she wakes up from a nap, after 20 mins of play time, or eating and drinking. Keep her in one small area in the house dogs do not pee in their dens
