I am in the USA and applied to change my visa status from B1/B2 to L1. Once approved, what would be the nest step to travel outside the USA?, Do I have to go to my country (Venezuela) to stamp the new visa?, can I do it here in the USA?

i have my visa but i get deporting two mounths ago now what happend with my visa

iam 30 unmarried son my  father filed for me
firstly he had only immigrant.But now he got
citizen ship. He tring to change visa status.then when can i could reach there.
