I understand that Natural Gas prices are dependent on the Crude Oil prices and is directly proportional.  Is there any practice of charging a premium for the natural gas supplied as feedstock to Polymer plants.  In other words, whether prices for natural gas supplied to polymer plants under long term contracts is more than that supplied to fertilizer plants.
