Migraines are not funny. But your question reminds me of the old joke:
P: Doctor, Doctor it hurts when I do this.
D: Well, don't do that.  Has this happened before?
P: Yes.
D: Well, you've got it again.

I recommend the two new kinds of biofeedback to strengthen your resistance to migraines and to settle the bioelectrical cause of migraines.
