yes you can i had my first one done at 15 second one at 16 and third one at 17. my first one i wasnt even asked for ID and the second and third one they only asked me if i had any other tattos.

The law is you can't but as long as you go to the right places it can be done. I am 17 and i already have 4. I got my first one when i was 16.

Is there any place in Newport RI that you can get tattooed under 18? I already have a tattoo but I don't want to wait until my birthday to get my second
