Hi,

I can't record anything with MaxQ... And I don't know, why, because:
- I can run saved tests and it works properly!!!
- the environment variable  MAXQ_HOME is OK and the path to %MAXQ_HOME%\bin exists in the variable PATH
- I use Microsoft InternetExplorer, Version 6.0.2800.1106, I have Microsoft Windows 2000
- I will record a test for a local homepage, so I have under LAN-Properties only the Proxy server (local host, Port 8090 - Standard for MaxQ) active
- I have Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.2-b28) and Python
- How I start the recording? 1. maxq.bat 2. File -> New 3. Test -> Record

Could you help me? I can't find any MaxQ-UserGroup or an answer on the MaxQ-Homepage

THANKS!

Check your classpath. The classpath must include some jar files. I think the some jars are missing in ur classpath.

If you can paste your classpath in the question that would have been better.

Hi! You know the recording steps, but did you set the proxy in your browswer. I 'll tell you in Mozila: Go to Edit-> preferences -> connection settings:-
Now click on Manual proxy configuration, & set HTTP Proxy as 'localhost', & port as '8090'.
( Simillar kind of steps you have to do in IE )
Now you can start recoring.
