My beagle spent a few days at the vet's kennel.  Once we got him home we noted that his scrotum was "raw" appearing and bleeding. The tissue between his pads of his front feet are also inflamed and bleeding.  He constantly bites at his feet. I have bought a e-collar to prevent him from biting at his paws. Any ideas?
