I am trying to find the name of a chocolate company I saw featured on TV ( I think the
food channel) the beginning of July, 2003.

http://www.choclat.com I saw this on the food network. This might be it. IF not I bought something from this site and it was wonderful

My husband used to work for Joseph Schmidt chocolates in San Francisco, they are famous for their truffles. The truffles look kind of egg shaped and are  wonderful!  Hope this helps!
