I am trying to FTP to a remote machine (Port other than 21). I can establish a connection, but when I try to put a file to the server or get a file from there, it hangs.
Looking into the code, I found the following - For putting/getting a file, we first create a socket and associate that with address INADDR_ANY and port 0. Then we call accept on that socket. It is at this point that the program hangs. Is there any reason why this might be happening?
