Mail server with self authentication for spam control:
1.We want to maintain a list of all e-mails addresses, which would be allowed to send mail to our e-mail ID holder. (entry.dbx)

2.All outgoing mail addresses shall automatically be added to the above list and our ID holder shall have option to fill in the other information if likes. (Address book shall be accessible to our ID holder)

3.There has to be a method to record the transactions for adding/deleting from the list  (log file for this must be maintained for future references. May be for a limited period, if there is some problem to handle the data.)

4.In case an anonymous users send a mail to our ID holder:

a)He must be prompted that he is not in the list and a form must be available for him to make the application for getting him/her listed in the list of our ID holder.

b)The form mentioned in (a) shall be presented to the ID holder

(i)if (s)he  marks it for adding (s)he shall be added.

(ii)if (s)he does not marks it for adding it,  it will not be added but reply may be send to by our ID holder .( For example if  our ID holder wants to know more about sender under “comments” column he may reply him though he may not be added yet)
