my border collie came into heat at a relatively early age.  Keeping her under wraps has become difficult, though every evening we play ball.  Her whole personality has seemed to change in the last 2 weeks.  She constantly snaps and barks at the other dogs at our house.  Is this behavior usual and is it brought on because she is in heat?
