Every time my computer boots up (ME) it is loading the system tray(1st Macafee, then Comcast, then HP T45) and it comes up with an error message saying it cannot find the shortcut to realdownload.ink. I have no idea what this is?  Any help?

It is probably referring to part of the Real Player.  If you go under your Start menu to Run, type in 'msconfig' (no quote marks), and go to the Startup tab, you will see all of the apps that load when you start Windows.  From there you can disable Real Download (it will still be available, it just won't automatically load at startup).
