My question refers to your FAQ number- 22
re Tax implications on Mutual Funds.

If I have Corporate bonds (in a fund) and the amount of shares increases but i do not take any distribution.Do I pay tax on the increased value that same year?
If Dividend is issued on these Funds and
whether or not I take cash distribution or
reinvest in the fund.Do I pay tax on those
dividends that same year?
Your # 22 probably answers these questions but I am confused between your use of capital gains and dividends.
