IN FIGURE SKATING A JUMP OF 1 1/2 TURNS FROM THE OUTER FORWARD EDGE OF ONE SKATE TO THE OUTER BACK EDGE OF THE OTHER SKATE IS CALLED?

IN FIGURE SKATING A JUMP OF 1 1/2 TURNS FROM THE OUTER FORWARD EDGE OF ONE SKATE TO THE OUTER BACK EDGE OF THE OTHER SKATE IS CALLED?

That jump is called AXEL. The 1 1/2 is a single, to do a double Axel you have to do 2 1/2.
