Would a bad smell coming from a 1-year old with a clean diaper and a bath be a symptom of SIDS?

There are no symptoms of SIDS. We were tickling Madison and she was laughing out loud for the first time before our fingers would even touch her........ it was sooo cute! Then she started rubbing her eyes, so we put her for a nap......... went to check on her awhile later, and it had just happened........ when SIDS happens you can't resurrect the baby either...... we thought there was always a chance that the child can be saved if you get to them on time. If they are saved it wasn't SIDS. Madison smelled like she always had.... wonderful. Did the autopsy come back as SIDS?? Did you mention a bad smell to the pathologist??
