It's not yacc who reads from stdin, but lex.
So, in the lex file, add:
int main(void)
{
    /* yyin is where lex reads from */
    yyin = fopen("xxx.xxx","r");
    init();
    yyparse();
    fclose(yyin);
    ...
}

in main of yacc file, remove yyparse line and change main to init.
