Actually, the Bible shows that not even the Son knows the date or hour, but that 'only the Father' knows. (See Matthew 24:36) Since Nostradamus is not the Father, it becomes obvious that he could not know of any timing secrets, if you believe the Bible. Notice that in verse 13, we are told clearly what we must do to become saved: endure with faithfulness until the end actually occurs. One can not simply say "I believe upon the name of the Lord Jesus!" Words alone mean nothing. Also, John 11:25 shows that we need not be overly anxious or fearful of this coming hour, because the faithful ones will be taken care of. By the way, when the Bible speaks of the "world" passing away, it is not talking about the Earth. Rather, it is talking about the wicked people of the Earth. If you speak of the world's moral state, you do not speak of the ground and trees, but of the people. Isaiah 45:18 tells us that God did not make the Earth simply to destroy it, but to have it inhabited (by righteous people). Again, a close look at the Bible can bring comfort. :)

Keep a watchful eye, discern the times, and Love your neighbor as your self. For those who write with hate I pray for you. Daniel the prophet (old testament) is reviled by God on the things to come. The whole book is about many different revelations. Compare the visions of what Daniel had seen to the Visions of What John seen when he wrote Revelations and you may just be astonished. Analyze what is going on in the world such as a Unifying Government called the European Union, the crying of Peace and Security in the Nation of Israel. Even the rebirth of the Nation of Israel in 1948(read Isaiah) and you will hopefully understand that the Church age is coming to a close and the time of the Father will soon come to Pass. I just pray that you seek out his one and only son Jesus Christ for it was him who died on that tree only to free us from the sins which have polluted the world and has held most in bondage. Love one another and accept Him, The one who loves you. Romans 10:9 has the plan for salvation I advise that you read it if you havent already. Come King of Kings and Lord of Lords for your time draws closer everyday. I am ready are you.

no one can ever know when or what time the world should come to an end. Evey 10 billion years? Who knows. i believe in God and Jesus very strongley but truthfully i dont think they even have all these kinds of answers. and supposedly when the dinosaurs died they died from a meteroid that hit earth! every 10 billion years its supposed to hit and on Sept.27.04 is our 10 billionth year, i guess.and right now at this very second our astronauts are trying to find a way to destroy it! but if u think it takes 6 months to get to mars, if the meteroid is on the way it should be near mars and we cant see it and its supposed to be hotter than the sun im sure our world would be alot brighter. so in my opinion if your really obsessed with this whole end of the world thing i suggest you prove your point and show the rest of us the facts of our death date.

Aight, the world is ending in about 8 months, around December of 2004. There are about 5 comets headed straight for Earth coming toward the south pole. No one ever knew about this event until they built an observatory in Antarctica and saw that they were coming. They kept this event on the low and they killed the scientists that studied there so the world wouldn't freak out and so the economy would drop drastically. If the whole world knew, people would be running around all over and stealing things and breaking out of jails etc. I heard this on AM Coast To Coast radio program. Its nation wide show on the radio every night so you should listen to it and discover interesting things for yourself.

I would also like to included the following in Daniel chapter 6,7, and,8 tells of the dreams of daniel his dreams talk about four beasts and also the ram and the goat in capter 8 which god inturn interpets to be persia and media fighting for power and land and when this happens the world is near the end. in 7 look for the describsion of the first beast I shall interpet this for you alion of couarse stands for courge and power this is a ruler now lets see it also says that it has eagle wings this is interpited to be the u.s now its wings are beging pluked off which means a part of the u.s will be plucked away and then the lion power stops and he becomes a man which means tha the ruler is just like us 1 more thing. I think this may be G.bush this signs are when the world will end so the world will not really end but god will come back in the near future go to bibleon the web.com to cheak out the bible for your self and read daniel and john 3:16 for info on how the world will become new

repent the end is extremely near. Please start reading the bible and think about your life and all that you have done. Im not sure when it will end but if you are wondering that is good. I just want to make it through when it does happen. I was hoping that it wouldn't happen but I am not sure now. Randy Warren, my best friend, ask for forgiveness and all of you out there should do the same. revelations in the bible. there is a movie that you all out there should watch, it's called 28 days later, if you watch the gallery in the special features section, it will tell you another way the world could end, by disease.we have to be prepared everybody , it's so sad that this is happening in our lifetime. if you are sitting in your room or a room of some sort, look around at all the different items look up in your attic, look at your toys from when you were a little kid, all of that stuff wont even matter anymore. I have made some bad desicions in my life and I realize that if you dont repent now, then it's over. this call goes out to Daniel cravy, his brother, all of my friends at Randall high school in Amarillo, texas.Chris garrett, blake simon, ambre jones, mike Reeves dwayne grove, zach siedeman, blair wright, and everybody that has done bad things in their life. we all have to repent because we just wont survive. what we all need to do is everyday for about 5 minutes, we need to sit down and think about all of the things in our life. good or bad, right now i am looking over at the pictures of my brothers on the wall, and on of them has it of me opening presents with my brothers at christmas, and i just feel terrible about all this.all i want is for everybody to think about all that has happened in their lifetime and just ask for forgiveness. i love you all and tribulation will come. i hope and pray to god that everyone makes it through this trajedy that is about to happen. god bless. Ok science boy (refering to the one called phreak), chill out. I can't honestly say when the world will end or if it's going to be the whole earth or just the people. I'm probably going go with the bible stuff and say that it's just going to be the people. It does feel like something's going to happen though, doesn't it? I look forward to it and I hope it happens soon. This life is too boring for me. I know that sounds a little weird (or alot). Any way good luck to the rest of you in finding out when. To my fellow Christian's -> take it down a couple notches you're going to scare everybody away from our religion.To the Bible bashers, mellow out a little and open your mind. I swear that loving and being loved isn't that bad. ;)

First of all, your question is flawed in that it is a bible based question. I'd love to explain how flawed your beliefs and ideas are, but I don't have enough time/space and you wouldn't understand. "The world" as in earth, our universe, or mankind? Second of all, there are no meteors or comets heading for earth at this time that would pose am immediate threat within the next few hundred years to anyone's knowledge. The earth will uninhabitable if pollution continues at this rate, but that won't happen for a long time. Our sun will not supernova for millions of years to come. And the definate end of our universe will come when the universe contratcts. Because on contrary to some of your "educated" guesses, the universe is expanding, BUT is not forever expanding. By the time the universe contracts to it's original point of origin, it would be uninhabitable anyway. By then our universe would be ridden with dark matter, or black holes. Despite this, our "world" is not coming to an end any time soon. If you guys are still trying to find the "end of the world" in your little bible, I pity the man with an IQ that plays a joke on humanity.

All of you people are nuts! Oh yeah, 5 meteors hit the South Pole in December 2004, not! Its obvious that you just made that up to freak people out. If you haven't noticed, it is now January 2005 and I was happy to enjoy a stress free December last month not hving to worry about the world blowing itself up. IF YOU ASK ME PEOPLES, DON'T WORRY ABOUT WHEN THE WORLD WILL END. THE WORLD WILL END WHEN IT ENDS. WE WILL ALL DIE SOMEDAY ANYWAY, WHAT IF IT IS A FEW YEARS EARLIER THAN YOU WERE MENT TO! YOU DON'T EVEN NOTICE WHEN YOU DIE! I MEAN, YOUR DEAD! AND IT WOULD PROBABLY BE BETTER IF THE WORLD ENDS BEFORE YOU DIE NATURALLY. I MEAN, WE WILL ALL DIE TOGETHER AND NO ONE WILL BE SAD THEN AND U WNT HAVE 2 HAVE A FUNERAL OR ANYTHING! the end.

Being a Christian isn't about "If I do good I'll go to heaven". It's about being saved. Saying that science is all that exists is a very blinded view. Evolution? Crap! How do you think it happened? Ok, so fire started in the middle of no where and..OOOO...rain formed again in the middle of no where and made the earth. GIVE ME A BREAK! If any of these things happened it was by the power of God. I'm sorry, but I was not ever formed from a parasite in the water. That is all so stupid to me. It says in the Bible that we will know that the end is near by the changes in our environment. It also says that Jesus doesn't know this particular day and time, but I'll be ready for him. Those that don't believe, whether you do or not, we will all be on our knees. When he opens that book...my name will be there. It seems so easy to give simple answers. It's like a 2 year old sitting in the corner pouting because they didn't get a cupcake. Ugh! Those that don't believe will be sorry, and for those close to me that don't believe....I grieve. Don't worry Phreak and World Ending...I'll pray for you.

to actually predict when the world will end is pointless. we will all die and that is all that matters. you do not have to have a scientific brain or a religious brain to tell when the end will come. it is all about belief. if you truly believe that the world will end on a certain day. be prepared not to wake up that day. mind over matter. if i truly deeply believed the world will end tomorrow. then it is possible that for me it will. the bible is like the telephone game and you can not take what it says literally. it was written as a guide to our true spiritual path. we lost the key to this door a while ago though because we are all supposed to have our own beliefs. if you take what it says to heart. then you are a sheep and nothing more. the only way we will live our lives peacefully until the day when the world ends (which science says will be when the sun dies and explodes, so we have some time to go. oh yes) the only thing to take seriously would be the 10 commandments. be true to yourself and thy neighbor. personally i believe that you should be true to yourself in a pure state so you will be true to everybody. remove selfish greed from your mind-states. it only kills. instead of talking. listen. we are all over-opinionated and it hurts all our lives. most importantly. never stop believing that there is something more to the world then what we see. and when it is our end. it will be revealed. remember, life on earth is just another part of the journey.. there is something after this and it is whatever you truly believe it to be.

The world will end when the son returns to earth to take his faithful followers with him. That will be the beginning of the end. As it says in Nosterdamus' prophecys Cultural eradication(wipe out) will take place when the antichrist comes into play. perhaps that cultural eradication could be the takeing of faith ful followers by the son of man to the heavenly abyss. My strongest suggestion to you brothers and sisters of christ is ask god to take over you with the holy spirit, repent of your sins read yor bible and lead by example. for it occording to scripture it says that when the end is near children will have dreams and visions I am only 17 years old and I am telling whom ever reads this the end is near I can feal it its like fire in my bones. It also says in the bible Jude 1:18 " they told you, in the last days, some will people will make fun of the truth. they will follow their ungodly longings." CONSIDER THIS A SIGN
