My new Sugar glider is almost a year old and is far smaller than my other one (who is 2), and she is not able to jump nearly as far nor does she seem as strong.  Is she sick or do I just have a runt?

I am not attempting to answer your question as I do not know. I can tell you that my female is smaller than the male, Their Joeys have been different sizes, and they must learn to jump and glide much as a bird has to learn to fly.  I would suspect that like any other live animal, some are stronger and more agile than others.

i can say all sugar gliders are diffrent sizes i have seen two males same age and one is smaller then the other also same with the females 2 of the same age again one is smaller then the other so size is not a problem but if you have any conserns you might want to find a vet that takes exotic animals and just take her to the vet for a simple check up and tell them your concerns..hope this helps
