I entered USA with tourlist visa, without knowing that it's illegal, I got married with my boyfriend and I gave birth this year. my tourlist visa ranout in Febuary14,2003. what can I do to become llegal residence in USA?

i came to USA in June 2002 on j-1 visa...it expired in October 2002...i overstayed it...is it still possible for me to become legal or get a drivers licence...i don't want to get married to stay here...is that my only option?
