Concerning the MS Comm1 control for use with Visual Basic serial communications:

I have a routine which works kind of well but the number of text/data lines displayed in my VB text window seems to be restricted according to buffer size. But if I set the buffer too high the display takes way too long to load. My question is this:
Do you have or have reference to program code for VB5 which can stream data continuously, much like how Hyper term works when used with serial comm port 2, for example? I need a continuous stream of data for developing program code for an application.
