What mode FVL328 worked with? NAT disable or enable? If disable, You can add more. If enable, you can't add more than one

do not use the fvl328, it has tremendous problems. Use the fvs318 instead. the fvl 328 should be removed from sale it is not of merchandisable quality.

The FVS318 is not a substitute for the FVL328.  The 318 handles only 8 VPN endpoints while the 328 handles 100.  I have both.  I am still experimenting with them so I can't comment on alleged problems in the 328.  Router behavior, though, is a function of its microcode, so it's reasonable to expect that Netgear will resolve problems over time and fix them with microcode updates.
