After using 3.31.and upgrading to 3.53..I cant transfer a  music file to the shared file??????? What  am I doing Wrong??????

We'll it looks like WINMX has changed its format from free to a charge. I too have it and it was working back about a week or so, but know I haven't been able to get the "green" light to download. It just stayed on the yellow. So I'm not a 100% on this but I googled it and tried all the sites that came up and even though it said "free" on the address when I got to the site it was asking for a credit card number. The charge is small and is ok with me it was just a surprise. Anyway there should be a charge for what ppl download.  thats it...

winmix sucks they shut it down so i went to limewire it works fine an its faster!!!

On september 20, 2005, around 12:00 WinMX had to shutdown; however, WinMX still works and it is available for download thanks to many dedicated WinMX fans that are keeping it running. The link below is for a tutorial on how to install the patch for WinMX. This will make WinMX work again. WinMX is a free program. There are many websites out to scam you out of $19.95 please don't fall for this. Also, the RIAA and other associations are trying to destroy WinMX please make sure you download and use Peerguardian or Sherwood to keep this from happening.

I can't even lo in to my winmix the flashinglight just flashs yellow it never turns green. i think they closed the site! if you do a search for it online everysite says fre winmx download here but it ask your name addy ect ect to get it thats a way so they can no who u are!!!any other ideas anyone????????????????

less than a year ago I bought Winmix for a period of two years.  My computer failed and I lost everything.  When I got back on line my Winmix program was gone.  How do I get it back??
