Hi,
A Manual is available free at http://www.mods.dk/member.php (They also have a schematic).

Service manuals are also available from web sources. One is http://www.manuals-in-pdf.com/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=kenwood+tm321a+service+manual&forward=plist&osCsid=6d5fb5256f6055ceed6e5ae1b6a8f30c
