I have a 3 month old Cairn male. His ears are not up yet, or even up sometimes and then down. When do the ears go up? Also, he has a ring of white hair on his tail. Is this a disqualification or serious fault?

Our cairn pup finally put his ears up for good about 16 weeks-we were so worried!! Just leave them alone and they should prick soon! Good luck.
