in the states you must be 18 but I hear in Canada you can be 16.

no, you can be any age in the states as long as you have parental consent. if you don't, you have to be 18 though.

in most places you have to be 14 with parental consent otherwise its 18

In North Carolina you need your parents there with you, and a picture ID .. like a school ID . . but I would also bring my birth certificate and have my ( or one ) of my parents bring their driver's ID. .

well some places wont let you pierce certain parts of your body like your tongue until your 16 with consent. some places wont let you pierce your navel until your 13 even if you have consent. but you rarely ever can get a piercing if your under the age of 18 legally in the states except for this place in washington

Depends. There's no limits if it's your ears but the bellybutton is about 16 and I'm not sure abou the nose... but I want me nose done.

I went to get my nose pierced, with my mom's consent, and they told me I had to be 16, even with her consent.
