i have a criminal past and i am hopeing to move to usa to marry but want to know if this will keep me out i have never been to prison

you need to tell me more, i.e criminal history, education, sponsors, etc...

You cannot move to the USA because Bush doesn't allow gay marriage. And Mars Bars are chocolate, therefore Canadians can't dance.
