My fourteen year old Shih Tzu was throwing up, and now he will not eat anything.  He has stopped throwing up and is now drinking water.  I am also feeding him liquid vitamin drinks.  Since he first threw up, his hind legs are not functioning properly. Also his left eye is very red although I give him eye drops several times each day.  This has all happened in the last five days.
