I am unable to find information on a particular experience I have while dreaming. I believe it is a lucid dream because I know that I am dreaming; however, the uniqueness lies in the fact that I can guide my body physically in the dream.  For example, when I feel in the particular state of said dream, I find that I can walk(although I usually bounce/fly)around the "set" of my dream . These dreams only happen during the time when I am waking and I am hitting the snooze button. In fact, I find that after I awaken and hit the snooze button, I go right back into the lucid dream.  Last night(this morning)I dreamt that I could see a river outside of my window. I was on the second floor of the house and wanted to go to the river. I made myself fly out of the window and as I made it to the bank and "landed" I could clearly feel the cool grass under my bare feet.  I then decided, again knowing that I was dreaming, to swim in the river. I went in and could vividly feel the water on my skin. Does anyone have any information regarding this type of sensation?  I apologize for the lengthy posting--but I don't know quite how to explain it!!!

I believe that most people experience All senses when in the lucid dream state, simply because your brain remembers and stores every single feeling or sense you ever experience, so then it's just retrieving it as if you were literally feeling cool water on your skin, or warm sunlight, or whatever you are imagining in the dream. Even things you may not have experienced before, your brain is so complex that it can create a look, taste, smell, or feeling for just about anything your brain could imagine.

There is point  after you wake up and fall back to sleep a person has very intense full sensation lucid dreams.  I expirience it  every now and then and have noted that  they  can be the next closest thing to an out of body expirience.  In this particular state you sometimes enter into it through the last thing you saw during your brief moment of waking.
And like you said, you can wake  up breifly and re-enter w/no problem.   So  what was your question?
