I'm unsure how standard this is, but it's what I have on paper.

Signal: RX
DB9 female pin: 2
RJ11 pin: 4

Signal: TX
DB9 female pin: 3
RJ11 pin: 2

Signal: GND
DB9 female pin: 5
RJ11 pin: 5

Apologies for the format: The faqs.org web interface takes spaces out of my tables, so I had to do it this way.
