If I play Mind's Desire and reveal an enchantment card and play it, is the enchantment removed from the game at the end of the turn?

NO. The card is removed from play if you can not play it. (for example if you played a mana this turn and using Mind's Desire you pull up a mana, it is removed from the game because you can only play one mana per turn.) so if you play the enchantment for free, it stays in play until the end of the game or until it is destroyed!
