I have windows XP and have recently installed Quicktime 6.3 on my P.C. When I try to play the movie trailers all it will let me do is see the green rating screen. If I push play it will start to play then quit. Why is it doing this and how do I fix the problem so I can watch the movie trailers?

You need to buy a Special Program that will let you watch the Quicktime files full screen on any PC, RealMedia too! Find it at:

http://PCdeals.CJB.com

just email them if you can't find it listed

I am having the same problem with a lot of Quicktime movies.  Some start display the first few frames then freeze, except for the audio which keeps going.  Some only;y show the first frame of video.  And sometimes it just crashes in the middle of the playback.  We shouldn't need to buy anything for this as Quicktime plays the vidoes beautifully on my other two PC's.  Sounds like PCdeals is trying to drum up some business to me...
