Umm... I dun know if 1.3 is right, but 1.3g/L and 1.3Kg/cubic meter, are the same thing ^.^

1.3 at o deg 1 at 80 degC hey hot air is less dense than cold air. Guess thats why it rises and we have winds and weather.

  One litre is NOT the same as a cubic metre. A litre is 10x10x10cm (0.1x0.1x0.1m) (approx 1.8 UK pints or 2 US liquid pints), a cubic metre is 1x1x1m. Therefore a cubic metre is 1000 times the size of a litre.
  1kg of water = 1 litre, so a value of 1.3kg/L is obviously too high.
  1.3kg/cubic metre is correct, at a temperature of 0 degrees celcius (273.15K or 32F). At 25C (298.15K, 77F) the answer is 1.18kg/cubic metre.

this isn't the mass this is the density (density =mass / volume)

Um, yeh 1.3 is correct and so is lanitis...they are both the same values.

1.284g/L or 1.284 KG/cubic M based on 0.8L nitrogen = 1g and 0.2L oxygen= 0.284g

The density of air at ordinary atmospheric pressure and 25C is 1.19 g/L
