I have a C++ application of AIX 4.3.3 .
I run it on 2 different systems one with 8 processors, 512 MB RAM and the second with 8 processors ,1.5 GB RAM . The SIZ field of ps output shows the process 1 MB  on the first system and 3 MB on the second system . Everything else is same . Why this difference ? What should I be looking at ?

wow, the difference is obvious.  You can't run more than 1mb of applications on your 512.  The ram simply can't run it.  Why a c++ application?  Why don't you rerun it with vb extensions and try it first on the 512.  If it works on the 512 it is a definite given that it will work on you 1.5.
