I have acquired a stable cat(she adopted me). How can I know if she is spayed?

Wait for like 6 months... if there's a phase somewhere in there were all she does is keep you up screaming her head off and hiking her rear-end, then she's not fixed. Actually, if she'll let you touch her belly, you should be able to find a mark indicating that she's fixed. A vet will be able to tell you whether she's fixed or not
