what additional control structure is needed to replace a while loop with do-while loop?

If you want to use a do-while loop to achieve the same effect as a while loop, you'll have to surround the do-while loop with an if statement, so that the do-while loop is only performed if its condition is true at the start. But that's a psychotic way of going about things anyway.
