I'm looking for how to explain drug dissolution rate according to the theory of fractal geometry.
Specially, I carrying out a research of multi-phases solid systems (physical mixtures that consist one of the different drug polymorphic forms in present with complexion agent-beta cyclodextrin and kneaded samples-systems of anhydrous polymorphic, pseudo-polymorph, hydrated cyclodextrin and amorphous inclusion complex of the drug-cyclodextrin).
It id need for me the basic knowledge e.g. mathematical approach how to understand the fractal theory and how to calculate different dissolution rates of the various solid phases which are presented in the technologically treated samples.
