My Golden Retriever has had a red bump on his stomach for about 6-7 months. I've noticed that it has grown from about the size of a marble to near that of a golf ball. I can't see it being a bite of any sort. What could it be?

Run, don't walk to your vet. Goldens have a tendency to develop cancer. This growth should be checked as soon as possible.

my dog has been throwing up and have lose poop, we took him to the vet and they said it was gas but he does have an ear infection this makes me worry that there is something wrong with him inside, like an infection. what do you think we should do for our dog?

Yeah, i agree. GET TO THE VET! Even a marble sized growth would alarm me.
