i have a female siberian husky, she's 11 month old already had a litter .pups were given away last week, since she got pregnant by unknown dog that jumped the fence. right now she seems to be sad ,only sleeping or just laying in the house, also she became very skinny and lost all her hair, new hair is coming out.we recently bought a male puppy same breed, she doesn't like him, can't not even get him close to her.what can i do with this situation?  please e mail me back at...willfer39@msn.com     thank you.

First and foremost, 11 mos for a husky was too young to have puppies, I understand it was a mistake. They do have a mis-mate shot offered by veterinarians if it is administered within days of being bred. Puppies take alot outta any dog, with proper nutrition, vaccinations and WORMINGS, this should be a temporary state. I would deffinately see your vet for a fecal exam and a proper diagnosis. I say give the new puppy some time and she will become aquainted with him soon enough.
