1996 Chrysler 3.8 T&C LXI Minivan.  Code 21 -Oxygen Sensor.  I replaced both sensors.  I checked vacuum.  I checked PCM.  What about the fuse for the oxygen sensor?  Help, what other suggestions do you offer?
Thanks,

Your best bet would be to have a professional
run a diagnostic. When he does you may find an EGR valve problem. Or similar problem I had, the wires to the oxygen sensor further down the body got cut.

The question is weak...!  If the problem is about timing/ engine shutting down, apparently because of not gas intake..   I had to change the Map Sensor, the Ignition coil these two item fix my problem!
