I have a stand-alone alpha 433 running openvms v7.1.  Recently a power outage shut down the system.  All was fine with the alpha; I had a floppy and a cd in the system when it went down.

When I tried to reboot the alpha after this un-orderly shutdown, I did get the usual console screen with the >>> prompt. But, typing >>>b only brought "(boot dka 0.0.0.1004.0 -flags 0,0)" and nothing!  It does not reboot.

What to do?

Thanks...
